- 1. Boil 4 eggs and cut into half
- 2. Fry 2 onions, 1 tomato, and ginger garlic paste
- 3. Add Aadi’s egg masala, 200 ml water and heat 2 to minutes.
- 4. Add boiled eggs and cook few minutes, and garnish coriander
- 5. Leaves and serve with Chapati, Roti, Naan etc.
