Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 48 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim a refund of the paid amount.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@aadimasala.com with subject line "Cancellation Request" including:

• Order ID
• Cancellation Reason
• Refund Account Details

Cancellation shall be initiated after a formal order cancellation request is received.

Refund Eligibility

• Order was cancelled
• Order was not delivered to recipient
• Quality complaints result in full refund or replacement if verified

Cancellation Charges

• In case of Cancellation, a 5% charge will be applicable
• You will be refunded for the cancelled product within 7 days of cancellation
• You will be liable to pay one-way shipping charges in case of cancellation
• Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund

In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund, DURGA FOODS shall have the deciding hand.

Shipping Policy - Processing Time

All orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Return Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Once the return product is received it will be inspected, and the return will be approved within 2 days.

Refund Policy

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
